In perfect original condition and dating back to the 1930s. This small pendant light fitting has a beautiful, opaque, marbled, hexagonal glass body, with a frosted exterior and hand painted scene on the underside/interior. The expertly executed decoration created in reverse, features a colourful Egyptian scene of the Nile Delta with Felucca, (traditional wooden sail boats) and tall palm trees. The greens, blues and shades of red are vibrant, beautiful and really come alive when the shade is illuminated. The shade has a 28mm diameter, Uk standard electrical fitting hole therefore could be used with modern household wiring systems, possibly as a pendant light hanging from the ceiling or as a desk light. 

It is free from damage, chips,cracks or repairs and measures 7 inches in diameter x 6 inches tall or175mm x 150mm
