Cancelling an Order
Cancelling an order isn’t a problem. Please contact us via telephone or email as soon as possible. Once notified we will process the cancellation request in one of two ways:
- If the item has not been despatched the order will be cancelled immediately and a full refund (including postage, if charged) will be processed within 48 hours of notification.
- If the item has already been despatched, it will need to be processed as a return. Please see our return policy.
