Items requiring postage will usually be despatched within two business days using insured, tracked postal methods. Once the item has been despatched, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be sent to the customer via email. Items will require a signature upon receipt.

We always employ a high standard of robust packaging to ensure that the item – whatever the size, shape, or value – reaches its destination in perfect order.
We will also require customers to contact us prior to purchase if they wish an item shipped to an address other than their billing address.
Larger items requiring courier/pallet delivery will be processed as quickly as possible on an individual basis after liaising with the courier and recipient, usually despatched within 4 to 5 business days. A contact telephone number will be required by the courier. Items sent via pallet courier will be unloaded from the lorry at the curbside. It is the customer's responsibility to manoeuvre the item further once unloaded.
Collection in person is available seven days a week, but strictly by prior arrangement and with at least 48 hours' notice – if applicable, collection discounts are made at checkout.
If required, customers can arrange a collection via their own third-party courier. It is, however, essential to liaise with us and give at least 48 hours' notice. Any loss or damage occurring once the item has left our possession is no longer the responsibility of Mr Jolly's Junk Shop.
