Returns Policy

At Mr Jolly’s we strive to be as accurate and honest as possible with our descriptions. Displaying clear, quality images in our galleries helps to reduce the chance of a customer being less than delighted when they receive one of our items.
In the rare event that you are not happy with the item received, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The first thing to do is to contact us by telephone or email (within 24 hours of receipt) detailing what you wish to return and why.

If the item has been damaged in transit or you feel it wasn’t described accurately, we will ask you to provide us with detailed photographs of any discrepancies or damage within 24 hours of receipt (including any damage to the packaging). Once the returned item has been received and checked by us you will receive a full refund, including return costs.

If you receive an item that you purchased by mistake or if you have simply changed your mind; It may be returned to us (within 14 days of receipt), Once the returned item has been received and checked by us you will receive a refund, not including return costs.

Please note:

Mr Jolly’s do not charge commissions or restocking fees on returned items.

All refunds will be made via the customer’s original payment method and are usually processed within two business days. Mr Jolly's cannot be held responsible for refund processing times or fees charged by the companies involved.

Following the steps detailed below will help speed up the refund process and avoid unnecessary delays; if you are uncertain on how to return an item, feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to help.

  1. If you are returning an item to us, please ensure that it reaches us in exactly the same condition as it was dispatched, i.e. complete, unmodified, free from any restoration, cleaning or repairs, and with no substitution of parts or whole.
  2. Please ensure that it will reach us no more than 14 days after its initial arrival with the customer.
  3. Please ensure that the item you are returning reaches us safely; an insured, tracked delivery method must be used. Obtaining proof of postage is essential and, where possible, items should be returned using the original packaging materials.
  4. Unfortunately, full refunds cannot be given if the item had been described as “for restoration, renovation project, spares or repairs” in the item description.
  5. Returning an item that has been modified or altered at the customer’s request is possible. Unfortunately, we will have to deduct the cost of the time involved and work carried out from the original amount paid. Sadly, items that have been personalised on behalf of a customer will not qualify for a refund.
