This wasp trap was brought over from Spain several years ago and was originally hung in the Orchards of Seville, filled with a sweet syrup to organically protect the Orange Marmalade trees by luring and trapping the troublesome wasps. Skillfully made from clear moulded glass it has survived its many years really well without major damage, just one small chip that I can see around the lip where the wire attaches.

Despite its fragile, lightweight construction, it is in superb condition, free from damage, or repairs. It will make a wonderful addition to any collection and is ready for display. It could, of course, be reused to perform its original task. 

Roughly: 8 1/2 inches or 210 mm tall, 2 1/2 inches or 60mm in diameter.
