Two charming and very old Sycamore butter pats or paddles. These would have been in daily use in a Victorian or Edwardian dairy to shape and form Butter, despite not being exactly the same size they are exactly the same design and in my opinion would have been used as a pair.

They are in great original condition and both have slight signs of wear and use but retain their original colour and sheen. They are both free from damage, woodworm or repairs. They look great on display. 

The larger measuring: 10 1/2 inches x 3 inches x 1/2inch or 27cm x 75mm x 10mm.
