A genuine relic of Britain's steam-driven past in the form of an 11-tonne cast iron Ashford Wagon plate. Dating from 1959, having done thousands of miles in its time. A piece of railway history from my collection. Originally used to identify the weight and ownership of railway haulage trucks.

It is in great weathered condition and free from cracks or repairs. 

I have given it a light clean and applied wax to protect and bring out its natural colour and patina.

Measuring: 6 1/2  x 11 inches or 165mm x 275mm and 18mm thick
