Being sold as a pair, two lovely salt glazed stoneware bottles, Victorian or Edwardian, both with cylindrical bodies: the smaller bearing a maker's stamp which difficult to make out, possibly military, Chestnut in colour and has a three small chips to the base and one to the rim near the pouring lip. The taller, in near perfect condition, having a deep, glossy cream glaze with a longer neck making it suitable for use a flower vase. Both are in wonderful condition despite their age and still hold water up to their rims.

Taller stands 10 1/2 inches tall and just over 4 inches in diameter or 270 x 110mm
Smaller stands: just under 6 inches tall and 2 ¾ inches in diameter or 140m x 67mm.
